If the defect is under the limited warranty, you may be requested to return the product or part to us for repair or replacement. Stamina Products Inc. reserves the right to require the customer to pay for the return shipping of the item.

Warranty information on a specific product can be found toward the back of the Owners Manual or you can call us at 1-800-375-7520. The warranty will not apply to any product that has been subject to commercial use, abuse, misuse, or any type of modification by the consumer.

Polar International Warranty
This limited Polar international warranty is issued by Polar Electro Inc. for the consumers who have purchased this product in the USA or Canada and by Polar Electro Oy for the consumers who have purchased this product in other countries.
Polar Electro Inc. / Polar Electro Oy warrants to the original consumer / purchaser of this product that the product will be free from defects in material or workmanship for two-years from the date of purchase.
The Limited Polar International Warranty applies for purchases made on or after September 1st, 2002

24 months from purchase, date on conditions set forth in User's Manual, despite the guarantee period mentioned therin.

Warranty does not cover the receiver or the transmitter battery, damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents or non-compliance with the precautions; improper maintenance, commercial use, cracked or broken cases.

Warranty does not cover any damage(s), losses, costs or expenses, direct, indirect or incidental, consequential or special, arising out of, or related to the product. During the warranty period the product will be either repaired or replaced at an authorized service center free of charge.

This warranty does not affect the consumer's statutory rights under applicable national or state laws in force, or the consumer's rights against the dealer arising from their sales/ purchase contract.

SPRI®Products Limited 90-day warranty
SPRI® warrants that the products sold by it are free from manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the invoice date (SPRI® Resist-A-Bands® are excluded from this warranty). Should your product show signs of defective workmanship or material prior to the expiration of the 90 day warranty, you should call our customer service department at 1-800-222-7774 to receive an exchange authorization number; or return the product to SPRI® at 1600 Northwind Boulevard, Libertyville, IL 60048, pursuant to the instructions on the back of your packing list. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the product by SPRI®, and all transportation, shipping and return costs shall be at your expense. This warranty does not extend to any defect or problem caused by the negligence or acts of you or others, failure to maintain the product in accordance with instructions furnished with the product, unreasonable use, accidents, alterations, or ordinary wear and tear. SPRI® WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, including but not limited to use of any product, loss of time, inconvenience, or other incidental or consequential damages with respect to persons, business or property, whether as a result of breach of warranty, negligence or otherwise. SPRI® PRODUCTS LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED SOLELY TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE GOODS NOT MEETING THE QUALITY AND SPECIFICATIONS WARRANTED. NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, SHALL APPLY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITINESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. IN THE EVENT APPLICABLE LAW PREVENTS THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THEN SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF EXPRESSED WARRANTIES ABOVE.

Any warranties noted above do not apply to SPRI® Resist-A-Bands®, and SPRI® DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, including IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Note: Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion on limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
